I had no problems with Windstream while I had them. I had a bundle with Internet, and TV through Dish. I ended up switching to TWC when they started their 50 Mbps Internet service here, as Windstream only had 12 Mbps.
I also got an HTPC with a digital tuner that wouldn’t work for Dish, so switched to TWC so I could get CableCard to work with my tuner.
If you’re looking for the basics, Windstream is pretty good. I would have no problem recommending this to a friend.
