AT&T also offers DSL Express, DSL Pro, and DSL Elite ranging from $14.95 per month to $19.99 per month introductory price for 12 months, with download speeds ranging from up to 1.5 Mbps and as high as 6 Mbps with upload speeds ranging from up to 384 Kbps, and as fast as  768 Kbps. AT&T is cheaper if you have phone service from them, but AT&T DSL with no phone service is available through one of AT&T’s DSL Direct packages starting at $19.95 /mo for 12 months. AT&T can be bundled with other services such as digital TV, and home phone.

Charter offers four tiers of high speed Internet service including Lite with download speeds up to 3 Mbps, and upload speeds up to 384 Kbps starting at $19.99 /mo for 12 months when you bundle. Other Charter Internet™ packages range from $19.99 /mo month when you bundle, and up to $59.99 /mo when you bundled with upload speeds ranging between  up to 3 Mbps, and as fast as up to 5 Mbps with download speeds ranging between up to 15 Mbps, and as fast as up to 100 Mbps with Charter’s Express, Plus, and Ultra (wideband Internet) Plans.

Windstream offers DSL in three tiers with Download speeds ranging from up to 3 Mbps, 6 Mbps, and 12 Mbps. Entry level DSL cost for Windstream is $47.99 /mo for 3 Mbps, and may vary slightly depending on your location, taxes, fees, or bundling options. Windstream DSL value added features may include (depending on plan selected) *free wireless modem, 5 free e-mail addresses with 1 GB storage each, and 24/7 tech support.

FiOS Internet packages start at $49.99 per month for up to 15 Mbps Download speeds, and up to 5 Mbps upload speeds, also known as FiOS 15/5.  Verizon’s mid range FiOS package starts at $69.99 /mo for download speeds up to 25 Mbps, and upload speeds up to 25 Mbps. FiOS also offers up to 50 Mbps download speeds, and up to 20 Mbps upload with it’s 50/20 plan starting at  $139.95 /mo. FiOS Internet can be bundled with FiOS TV, and home phone, or as a standalone option.

Cincinnat Bell ZoomTown Internet offers download speeds up to 5 Mbps, and upload speeds up to 768 Kbps with entry level price starting at $30 /mo online with stand alone 5 Mbps Internet. Cincinnati Bell value added features include unlimited online backup for photos and music, access to ZoomTown WiFi hotspots, and 5 Free email accounts. Bundling options include DirecTV®, home phone, Internet, and wireless phone service.

TDS offers DSL high speed Internet with download speeds ranging from up to 5 Mbps, and 15 Mbps. TDS entry level DSL starts at $24.95 /mo for 5 Mbps. TDS DSL is available without phone service. TDS DSL value added features include filtering for spam, and email viruses, 5 MB personal web page, and 5 e-mail accounts with 7 GB of storage. Bundling options are available with Dish Network TV, and home phone service.

Frontier offers “Fast High speed Internet” with download speeds up to 3 Mbps and “Fast High Speed Internet Plus” with download speeds up to 10 Mbps. Entry level Frontier DSL starts at $20 /mo for 3 Mbps. Actual prices may vary by location, plus include taxes, and fees. Frontier’s value added features include up to 8 email addresses, automatic file backup and restoration, unlimited remote storage for 1 PC, and 24 hr customer support.

Earthlink offers DSL download speeds up to 6 Mbps. No phone service is required, but a physical phone line is necessary for Earthlink’s free standing DSL with download speeds up to 3 Mbps. Starting prices for Earthlink DSL are currently $14.95 /mo for the first three months, (regularly $39.95 /mo). Earthlink provides a free DSL modem, 24×7 tech support, 20 hrs of free dialup access monthly, plus free spyware and anti-virus protection.

Centurylink™ offers two speeds for it’s standard DSL lineup including Internet connections with download speeds up to 1.5 Mbps, or up to 7.0 Mbps. Actual prices may vary slightly depending on location, but the nationally advertised base rate for Centurylink™ DSL is $14.95 /mo, and slightly higher without phone service where available. Centurylink™ value added features include backup and support services, 24×7 tech support, and upgraded security options.

Verizon offers several plans for high-speed Internet which include “High-Speed Internet” up to .5-1 Mbps downloads speeds and “High-Speed Internet Enhanced” up to 1.1-3, 3.1-7 or 7.1-15 Mbps download speeds. Prices may vary slightly depending on location and fees, but the nationally advertised starting price is $14.99 /mo. and slighty more without phone service. Value added features may include (depending on selected plan) WiFi access*,  9 email accounts, 10 MB personal Web Space, and wireless router.
